All Little Blessings, teachers and caregivers not only meet the state requirements but exceed them. Our team members have years of experience in early learning settings. Each team member uses their unique teaching style to observe children as they "play their way through learning". Our team members also collaborates and plans your child's curriculum weekly with the daycare director. This ensures that no child is left behind academically. Our team members also receives continuous training in Early Childhood Education promoting best practices and developmentally appropriate practices.
Angela (Ann) Roy- Carencro LocationMs. Ann has been a valued member of the Little Blessings family since 2011. With a total of 21 years of experience in early childhood education, she brings an incredible depth of knowledge, confidence, and leadership to this new role. Her love for teaching and dedication to children is evident to anyone who has spent time in her classroom or met the students she has guided and inspired over the years. She was previously the Assistant Director and became Director of our Carencro location in January of 2026.
Mrs. Hannah has been a valued member of the Little Blessings of Broussard team since August 2023 and has worked in childcare since 2021. She began her journey at Little Blessings as a part-time teacher while pursuing her Early Childhood Education degree and transitioned into a full-time role in August 2024. Her dedication and passion for early childhood education led to her promotion to Assistant Director in March 2025, and in March 2026, she proudly stepped into the role of Center Director.
For Mrs. Hannah, childcare is more than a career- it is a calling. Throughout her years in the field, she has discovered that there is nothing more rewarding than making a positive impact on a child's life. She especially enjoys building meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff while creating a nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Her experience both in the classroom and in leadership has helped shape her commitment to providing exceptional care and education.
One of Mrs. Hannah's favorite parts of her role is planning fun activities and creating lasting memories for the children in her care. She loves building and maintain a family atmosphere at her center and believes that the connections formed between children, families, and teachers are truly special. Her warm personality, caring nature, and dedication to helping others make her a wonderful leader.
Lindsey Louviere - Rue Louis LocationWith over 7 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Lindsey dedicated her career to creating safe, nurturing, and joyful environments for children to grow and thrive. Her journey began at The Gingerbread House, where she discovered my passion for working with young children. From there, she joined Little Blessings – Scott Location as Assistant Director, where she gained valuable leadership experience and deepened my commitment to supporting families and staff. Ms. Lindsey became the Director of our Rue Louis location in August of 2025!
One of her favorite parts of working in childcare is the pure joy on a child’s face when they run up to give a hug—it’s those small, meaningful moments that remind her why she does what she does. As a Director, Ms. Lindsey loves having the opportunity to be present throughout the center, building strong connections with all of their children, families, and team members. She believes that a great daycare feels like an extension of home, and she is proud to help create that environment every day.

After graduating high school, Ms. Meca attended the University of Memphis, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Learning. She began her career teaching in Memphis for two years before moving to Texas, where she obtained certifications in English as a Second Language (ESL) and Gifted & Talented instruction. Currently, Ms. Meca is pursuing her Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, with an anticipated graduation in August 2026!

Outside of work, Ms. Meca enjoys arts and crafts, shopping, trying new foods, and spending time with her family. She is the proud mom of boy-girl twins and loves making memories with them whenever she can.
Sabrina Racca- Milton LocationMs. Sabrina has been in childcare for over 25 years and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She has been with Little Blessings since 2023 and during her time with us she has worked with all age groups. She became Director of our Milton location in September of 2024.

In her free time, Ms. Sabrina enjoys reading and spending time with her husband of almost 30 years, Joe, and their children, Kylie, Alexis, Kelsey, Abigail, and Cameron.

Ms. Paulette serves as our Director Mentor and Specialist, currently overseeing the Breaux Bridge location while we work to find the right long-term director for the center. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Paulette brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to every center she supports.
Prior to transitioning into her current role, Ms. Paulette was the Director of our West Lafayette location for more than four years, where she played a key role in building strong teams, supporting teachers, and fostering a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for children and families. Today, she focuses on mentoring and supporting directors, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across our center!

Ms. Kesha brings with her over 18 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for creating nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environments for children of all ages. She previously served as the lead PreK-3 and PreK-4 teacher, where she was known for her dedication, creativity, and strong relationships with both children and families.
Beyond the classroom, Ms. Kesha has worked as an Instructional Coach, supporting and mentoring teachers across multiple age groups. She has led trainings in both the Frog Street Curriculum and the CLASS observation tool, guiding teachers of infants, ones, twos, threes, and fours in providing developmentally appropriate, child-centered care.
Ms. Kesha loves and appreciates spending time with my husband of 20 years, their children, and 3 adorable grandkids! She also enjoys spending time outside enjoying the beauty, sense of relaxation and calmness!

Ms. Rebecca has been in childcare since 2019. She began at Mini Me Learning Academy, one of our sister locations, as an infant teacher and worked her way through every age group. She became the assistant director in March of 2023. In March of 2024, she accepted her role as Interim Director, being available for any location that needed a Director. After spending time at Carencro and Scott during maternity leaves for those directors, Ms. Rebecca became the Director of Scott in August of 2024.

In her free time, Ms. Rebecca loves spending time outside with her dogs, Scooby and Daphne and visiting with her friends and family! Ms. Rebecca is also working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education from UL and is interested in the field of special education.

Ms. Destiny has been a valued member of the Little Blessings family since 2019 and has worked in early childhood education since 2017. With nearly a decade of childcare experience, including serving as the director of our previous Rockwall location, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to her role. Ms. Destiny became director of our Garland location in June of 2026.
As a mother of two, Ms. Destiny understands the importance of providing children with a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn and grow. She loves witnessing each child's development and takes pride in helping children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
When she's not at the center, Ms. Destiny enjoys going to the gym, running, reading, and spending quality time with her children and family. She also loves seeking out fun adventures and new experiences to keep life exciting!

Ms. Brittany has spent over 20 years in the childcare and early childhood education field. Each day, her passion for working with children grows stronger. She has served in many different roles throughout her time at Little Blessings of Tyler. For the past 8 years, she focused on office management, where she has gained experience in streamlining operations, improving communication, and building stronger relationships with families and team members!
Brittany believes, "All kids need is a little help, a little hope, and somebody who believes in them."
In Ms. Brittany's spare time, she enjoys painting, having many of her paintings on display throughout the center and spending time with her family and dogs. She also loves all things purple!

Ms. Adrian has been in the childcare and early childhood education field for 17 years. She began her journey at Little Blessings of Sachse as a cook and quickly expanded her role, working with school-age children, serving as a driver, and later transitioning into management. With dedication and experience, she became a director over a year ago, leading with a commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
Ms. Adrian believes, "Working with children is a privilege because they represent hope and the future. Every day is an opportunity to nurture, guide, and inspire them."

Ms. Austen Durton brings nearly six years of experience in childcare and a deep passion for early childhood education. She became director of our Sachse location in June of 2026. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing, supportive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Her leadership focuses on fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes excellence in education, open communication, and positive child development, ensuring that every child and family feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
Ms. Austen's commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services, and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Education, reflecting her dedication to lifelong learning and her desire to continually enhance the educational experiences she provides to children, families, and staff.
Outside of work, Ms. Austen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, listening to music, and exploring the outdoors. She is a proud wife and mother to her son, Jaxton, and is excited to welcome another baby boy later this year. She is also a devoted dog mom to Jasper, her Cane Corso, and loves making memories with the people she cares about most.
Mrs. Michelle Sanchez brings nearly 13 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has worked with children of every age group, giving her a well-rounded understanding of child development and a passion for helping every child reach their full potential.
Michelle has served as the Director of our Little Blessings of Garland location for two years and has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star and Texas School Ready Director for the last seven years. She became director of our West Plano location in July of 2026. Her commitment to providing high-quality early education, supporting teachers, and building strong relationships with families has made her a trusted leader within the Little Blessings community. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive every day.
Outside of the classroom, Michelle is a devoted wife and proud mother of three children. She enjoys reading, exercising, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her caring nature, positive attitude, and love for children shine through in everything she does, making her a wonderful leader for our Little Blessings family.

Ms. Hannah has been a valued member of our center for the past three years, serving as Assistant Director for the first two years before transitioning into director. She began her journey in early childhood education as a baby room and preschool teacher and has also worked with two-year-olds and school-age children, giving her a well-rounded understanding of every stage of development. She became the Director at East Plano in November of 2025!
Ms. Hannah knew she wanted a career that allowed her to be more present with her children while still making a meaningful impact. Early childhood education gave her the opportunity to do both—supporting families while building a career she is passionate about.
Ms. Hannah has been married for almost five years and is a proud mom to three girls and a boy dog. She loves traveling, spending quality time with her family on the weekends, and is super crafty!
Ms. Marquita has been in childcare for 20 years. It has It has always been a dream of hers to become a Director or own her place someday so she can continue to help grow and develop all the beautiful minds and have lifelong relationships. She started out with Little Blessings in July of 2023. After taking a short break for personal goals, she came back in June of 2024 to be assistant director at one of our sister-centers, Guchereau Learning Academy. She became the Director at Broussard in August of 2024. In March of 2026, she became one of our regional directors!
One of Ms. Marquita's favorite quotes is "Train a child up in the way that he/she should go and when they are old, they will not depart from it."
Ms. Marquita loves spending time with her husband and four children, being actively involved in her children's extracurricular activities, including cheer and basketball.
Ms. Darla has been in the childcare industry for over 30 years, working directly with children to foster their curiosity and confidence. She was previously the director of our sister-center, Gingerbread House Creative Learning Center I. She was promoted in March of 2024 as Regional director of both of our Gingerbread House locations. After mentoring those locations, she became the regional director over four of our Little Blessings location while still continuing her leadership over the Gingerbread House locations!

When she is not working with her team, you can find Ms. Darla spending quality time with her husband, Tommy, and their ever-growing family! Whether they are celebrating a milestone, exploring nature, or sharing a home-cooked meal, family always comes first in her world!
