All Little Blessings, teachers and caregivers not only meet the state requirements but exceed them. Our team members have years of experience in early learning settings. Each team member uses their unique teaching style to observe children as they "play their way through learning". Our team members also collaborates and plans your child's curriculum weekly with the daycare director. This ensures that no child is left behind academically. Our team members also receives continuous training in Early Childhood Education promoting best practices and developmentally appropriate practices.

Brittany (BB) Knott - Carencro LocationMs. BB has been in childcare for 10+ years working with all ages. In May of 2013, She joined the Little Blessings team. She started as an infant teacher, moved to the one year old class, then onto the two and three year old's. She was then promoted to Assistant Director in July of 2017.
"It was always a dream of mine to be a Director someday or own my own place." In August of 2019, She was promoted to the Director at our Carencro location. "Over the years, I've grown and learned so much through each child in my care and my peers.
I love how in this company we can be ourselves. We are a family. You can grow. I am thankful each and every day for all of the help and support to get where I am. I did not do it alone.”
Ms. BB enjoys crafting, riding four wheelers, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Ms. Marquita has been in childcare for 20 years. It has It has always been a dream of hers to become a Director or own her place someday so she can continue to help grow and develop all the beautiful minds and have lifelong relationships. She started out with Little Blessings in July of 2023. After taking a short break for personal goals, she came back in June of 2024 to be assistant director at one of our sister-centers, Guchereau Learning Academy. She became the Director at Broussard in August of 2024.
One of Ms. Marquita's favorite quotes is "Train a child up in the way that he/she should go and when they are old, they will not depart from it."
Ms. Marquita loves spending time with her husband and four children, being actively involved in her children's extracurricular activities, including cheer and basketball.

Jaci Leger - Rue Louis LocationMs. Jaci has been in childcare for 5 years, 2 of them with Little Blessings! She began with us as a one-year-old teacher at our Scott location. After leaving for a little while, she came back to Little Blessings as a three-year-old teacher at our Rue Louis location and worked her way to becoming assistant director, to now being the director in June of 2024. She is currently majoring in Elementary Education at UL Monroe with a concentration in Special Education.

Ms. Jaci enjoys sunflowers (her three-year-old classroom was full of them), naps, and candy, especially sour candy!
Ms. Courtney began babysitting when she was 13 and had children of all ages- infants through pre-teens. She began studying child development as a junior in high school, and studied Psychology as an undergraduate for three years, and ultimately earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management. She opened her own licensed at-home daycare in 2022, with the intent of opening a bigger facility in the future. She became the Director of our Youngsville location in June of 2024.
"You cannot make people learn. You can only provide the right conditions for learning to happen" (Vince Gowmon). Ms. Courtney is excited to be a critical part of the Little Blessings team, leading her own team to provide an atmosphere that is safe and filled with opportunities for growth.
Ms. Courtney takes every opportunity to pour into herself by reading development books. listening to motivational speeches, and exercising. She loves music, learning, and putting a smile on people's faces without even trying!

Sabrina Racca- Milton LocationMs. Sabrina has been in childcare for over 25 years and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She has been with Little Blessings since 2023 and during her time with us she has worked with all age groups. She became Director of our Milton location in September of 2024.

In her free time, Ms. Sabrina enjoys reading and spending time with her husband of 27 years, Joe, and their children, Kylie, Alexis, Kelsey, Abigail, and Cameron.

Ms. Patti started her childcare journey 25 years ago as an assistant teacher. She has worked with every age group throughout the years and love nothing more than to see the excitement in a child as they learned something new. She loved the connections and friendships that she has made throughout the years working with the families of the children in her care. She became the Director of Breaux Bridge in February of 2024.
Ms. Patti teaches her teachers how to be great by living through the quote, "children are great imitators, so give them something great o imitate."
Ms. Patti is a mother of 5, one boy and four girls (who definitely keep her on her toes!). She is a true workaholic who loves being in childcare. During her free time, Ms. Patti enjoys watching her girl play soccer and volleyball.
Ms. Karianna has a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Louisiana and Lafayette. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her experience before joining Little Blessings includes working with diverse behaviors. Ms. Karianna became the director in September 2024.
Ms. Karianna favorite quote is "No rain, no flowers." She is grateful to have the opportunity to pour into her teachers, supporting them as they are cultivating young minds. Children are flowers, requiring love and patience to grow!
Ms. Karianna loves trying new cooking recipes, traveling, and spending time with her family!
Ms. Rebecca has been in childcare since 2019. She began at Mini Me Learning Academy, one of our sister locations, as an infant teacher and worked her way through every age group. She became the assistant director in March of 2023. In March of 2024, she accepted her role as Interim Director, being available for any location that needed a Director. After spending time at Carencro and Scott during maternity leaves for those directors, Ms. Rebecca became the Director of Scott in August of 2024.
"I love every child as I would my own and I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow within the company. I cannot wait to continue to see new ideas come to life and what the future holds for the families and children that I will be working with."
In her free time, Ms. Rebecca loves spending time outside with her dogs, Scooby and Daphne and visiting with her friends and family! Ms. Rebecca is also working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education from UL and is interested in the field of special education.
Ms. Cassie has been in the childcare industry for over 30 years. She has worked at the Garland location for 23 years and has been privileged to work with some of the finest women & families. She has worked in all areas of the center including teacher, driver, cook, office assistant, Assistant Director, and Director. In December of 2023, Ms. Cassie became the Director of Little Blessings of Garland.
"My passion is to serve local, low-income families while showing God's love. Childcare has changed over the years, and I feel I have risen to the occasion and changed with it. Being a caregiver has been one of my biggest joys; it has helped me to raise a family, stay involved with my community, and grow in an industry that is so important to parents, not just children."
In her free time, Ms. Cassie enjoys spending time with her amazing husband Jim, whom she has been married to for the past 27 years, her two beautiful daughters, Mackenzie and Camrin, and her four blessings, her grandchildren: Ayeden, Ethan, Hazel, and Bodhi.

Ms. Destiny has been in childcare since 2017. She started at our Garland location in 2019 and worked with every age group from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. In that time, she moved through different roles like cook, van driver, office aid, and then Assistant Director at Little Blessings Garland. She became the director our Rockwall location in April of 2024.
Ms. Destiny believes "every kid is one caring adult away from being a success story." She loves all children the same as her own and loves to watch them progress in their growth.
In her free time, Ms. Destiny is with her children, Andre and Jade (they keep her on her toes!!). She also has two other loves: Italian and Mexican food!
Ms. Brittany has been at the Tyler location for over 10 years. She first started as a 3 year old teacher and worked in every age group, before moving into the office to help with the administrative side of the center. Ms. Brittany has been the director at Little Blessings of Tyler since 2017!
In Ms. Brittany's spare time, she enjoys painting, having many of her paintings on display throughout the center!

Ms. Erin began her childcare journey with Little Blessings in 2017. After leaving for a couple of years because of the birth of her first child, Ms. Erin came back in 2020 to be the lead infant teacher at our Scott location. She was then promoted and worked at several different centers as their assistant director. In August of 2022, Ms. Erin was promoted to director of our Youngsville location. She became one of our Regional directors in 2024 and is responsible for working with our directors to provide outstanding, quality childcare at four of our locations: Rue Louis, Pandora, Milton, and Breaux Bridge.
"Regardless, it has always been my goal to learn as much as possible, to gain the experience, and maintain the relationships for the families I come across. I am so grateful to have my position, so that I can continue to learn, grow, and thrive."
In Ms. Erin's free time, she loves spending time with her family, especially playing outside with her two daughters. She also loves to travel, sing, and paint!
Ms. Crystal has been in the childcare industry for over 20 years. She first start with Little Blessings in 2013 and made her return in 2023. She continues to work in the childcare field because of the reward: helping each student learn concepts and develop age-appropriate skills. She became our Mentor director in November of 2023. In 2024, she became one of our Regional directors and is responsible for working with our directors to provide outstanding, quality childcare at four of our locations: Carencro, Scott, and Youngsville.
